Consultancy and engineering firm AKOS helps technical companies find good staff. The starting point is a long-term relationship where the customer is central. However, there is high competition for good personnel in the technical sector. To attract the attention of potential candidates, especially on the business platform LinkedIn, we have developed a text animation template video in which all important aspects of the vacancy are highlighted, animated in a smooth manner, matching the upbeat music. The video is set up in such a way that the texts could easily be adapted to use the video for other vacancies.

“Intelligent HRM for Managers of the Future” is the latest e-learning module from the University of Twente. Together with a team of researchers and designers, Tortilla Media developed the visual part of this project. We contributed to the content, didactic methods, design and execution; resulting in 34 videos about the implementation of HRM. This course was made available via online platform Futurelearn on 7 September 2020.
